Data protection declaration according to § 13 Abs.1 Satz 1 TMG

My name is Monika Ott and I want to thank you for visiting my website and for your interest in my services. The protection of your data is very important to me. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to inform you about data protection at www.linglobe.de

At the beginning, I want to point out that I operate independently and that I offer my services on my own account.

Of course, I observe the legal provisions of the Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Act (TMG) and other data protection regulations.

Subject of data protection are personal data. According to § 3 Paragraph 1 BDSG these are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, information such as your name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, but may also include usage data such as your IP address.

I would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Collection and processing of personal data

When you visit my website, my web server service provider, United Domains, automatically stores information in server log files that are transmitted by your browser:

Date and time of retrieval
Amount of data transferred
Notification of the success of access or retrieval
IP address of the requesting device
Browser (type, version)
Operating system used by the visitor


These data cannot be assigned to specific persons by United Domains. These data are not combined with other data sources. For security reasons, accesses are stored for only seven days in the standard Apache log format. The data, including any backups, will be deleted after fourteen days at the latest.

Cookies

My website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the user's computer system. If a user visits a website, a cookie may be stored on the user's operating system. This cookie contains a characteristic string that enables a unique identification of the browser when the website is called up again.

My website uses a cookie to store whether the use of cookies has been approved. If this cookie is not deleted, the notice will no longer be displayed when you visit my website again. On my website YouTube videos are embedded in the extended data protection mode via iframe. YouTube uses session cookies over which I have no control.

Establishment of contact

When contacting me (for example by e-mail), the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

Liability for contents

The contents of my website have been created with the greatest care. However, I cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 Section 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, I ame not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation of the law. As soon as I become aware of such violations of the law, I will remove these contents immediately.

Links to websites of other providers

My website may contain links to websites of other providers. I would like to point out that this data protection declaration applies exclusively to my Internet presence. I am not aware of the content and scope of the data that may be collected, processed and stored by the respective providers in the event of a visit to the linked websites. I have no influence on and do not control that other providers comply with the applicable data protection regulations. When using linked websites, you must therefore independently inform yourself about the data protection information of the respective, other providers.

Scope of data collection and storage

In general, it is not necessary for the use of my website that you provide personal data. However, in order to be able to actually provide my services, I may need your personal data. This applies to the sending of an offer or professional advice. If you instruct me to provide a service, I only collect and store your personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of the service or the execution of the contract.
