Your arbitration proceedings will be interpreted simultaneously with no extra time required. With an interpretation booth and the necessary equipment, our interpreters seamlessly become an integral part of the proceedings.

Consecutive

This staggered interpretation technique gives the parties more time for considerations during the arbitration. While this approach requires more time, it usually does not require any technical equipment.

Equipment

When interpreting arbitration proceedings simultaneously, interpreters work in specially designed, insulated booths. Microphones and receivers with headsets allow interpreters and the audience to follow the proceedings. There is no interference between the interpretation and the proceedings, allowing for a highly concentrated work environment. On Site or Online

There are two reliable ways to interpret proceedings – on site or online. However, our recommendation is clear: whenever the parties are on site, interpreters should be as well. On-site proceedings offer advantages for clients, witnesses, experts, lawyers and judges. Conference interpreters on site will benefit from the same advantages when interpreting the proceedings.

The KD-Box offers state-of-the-art solutions to interpret online or hybrid meetings via designated interpretation platforms (SIDP) or conventional communication and online platforms like Zoom, Webex or MS Teams.
